Peroneal Tendinopathy

The outer ankle tendons (peroneal tendons) are prone to injury, especially in a high arch foot (pes cavus). This MRI shows peroneal tendons that are badly degenerative. This patient is doing very well after peroneal tendon repair and correction of their high arch foot that required reposition of their heel bone (Dwyer calcaneal osteotomy). You do not have to live in pain! If you have ankle or foot pain, please give us a call for an appointment today! We will take a close look and discuss what options may be right for you!
